Property listing content displayed on this site through the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program is owned by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS), MLS GRID, and the respective listing brokerages, and is protected by copyright.

If you believe material displayed on whatcomhouse.com infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent under the DMCA.

Filing a notice of claimed infringement

Your written notice must include all of the following:

Counter-notification

If material you submitted was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error or misidentified, you may send our Designated Agent a written counter-notification that includes your signature; identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the Western District of Washington).

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will disable or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
